• We have free pick up and delivery system for our clients ( For more  than 2 Laptops) within Kolkata. Otherwise end user(s) must carry in their laptop.

• We do not provide on site service. 

• We have on site checking facility. (For more than 2 laptops)

• We do not  provide any warranty period service except LENOVO.

• Complete data recovery facility available.

• Old or broken parts replacement with new one at affordable range.(Depends on availability of the specific part / accessory)

• All services are done after confirmation by the customer.

• Minimum 6months warranty provided on any parts.

• Minimum 3 months warranty provided on any repairing.

• No service charge for software or minor hardware fault inspection.
